Using the FUSIO proprietary Anti-Migration Reamer, the surgeon creates a void deep in the facet while leaving a posterior cortical rim intact. It is this cortical rim that prevents migration of the allograft dowel promoting spinal stability, pain relief, and an environment for boney fusion.
